When people ask me what my aim in life is I say that I am a collector – a story collector. I declared myself to be an archive for storys of any kind, sometimes funny or romantic, sometimes sad or frightening or maybe all at once. That’s why I’m always looking for new experiences and though I found out the most interesting things can also happen in my small hometown, travelling is an essential part of making new experiences. In this blog I would like to show you how different ways of travelling and exploring the world become life concepts and maybe help you find out which concept suits you.
I was born 1989 in the south of Germany and grew up in Constance, a small town near Switzerland. I studied Comparative Literature focussed on English and Spanish literature and Film Studies in Augsburg, Germany, and Seville, Spain, and I graduated in 2015 with a Master of Arts at Augsburg University. After that I lived and worked in Dublin, Ireland, for a year. In February 2017, I completed a yoga teacher training in Goa, India, followed by a long trip through 5 different countries in South East Asia. In May 2017 I settled down in Berlin, Germany.
Being a creative mind with the desire to express my thoughts I have been writing ever since – fiction and non-fiction. Since secondary school I have been chasing my dream of being a journalist writing for some regional magazines. Now I am focussed on writing for blogs and websites as I see the internet as the most compatible media with the fast moving times we live in and the mobile lifestyle that I – like many other people – follow. Sharing my ideas online prevents things from gettings lost that I would otherwise just tell my friends over a cup of tea. Because I am the kind of person who never skips the opportunity for an interesting story.
Currently, I mainly focus on my career consulting project Geistis Go Professional (German).
